My Gas Blender
I developed a Ultra High Purity Blender including the Plumbing, Electrical, PLC, and 3D design. The programming aimed to give extensive functionality to the user, designed by and for Instrumentation experts.
FATs
After designing the Plumbing & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), I also performed Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) on a multitude of projects. I tested programming and communication functionality, performed troubleshooting, collected performance data, calibrated analyzers, and reviewed Plumbing and Electrical functionality and configurations.
